I like to comfort girls after I have with them, even if they're one night stands. Am I doing right thing?

Or am I sending out the wrong signal? Basically, I like to kiss them on the forehead, snuggle with them, just make them feel comfy with me. But am I sending out the wrong impression to them? I haven't really had any of them call me, but then again, I don't leave my number.
