My dog has Kidney Failure?

Your dogs sides will start to get bigger due to fluid build up. Also your dog may not be able to make it outside to go to the bathroom, they may go pee and poo on the floor where they are sitting, and there will be blood in the pee. We went through this about eight months ago, its a hard thing to get through, ours was a 15 year old mutt named Shadow!!!! :( I am sorry to hear of this, but your dog will always be in a better place over the rainbow bridge!
