Is this really supposed to make schools "safer" from "bullying and harment" or is this actually teaching?

I was an elementary school counselor for many years, and there was NEVER anything like that in any school library in any school district I worked in. If that kind of filth is allowed in schools now, God help us! I will say that what is described here is not pedophilia, because that is an adult/child encounter. Also, there is no such thing as a "ually active toddler". That was just written to sensationalize the book. If the "safe schools czar" is promoting this trash, then I would like to know where he went to school, and if that kind of behavior was condoned and/or encouraged. Clearly this type of thing doesn't belong where children can have access to it. I'm amazed that parents haven't been outraged by it. Maybe they're not aware of it.
