Purchase/refill of 5 and 10# propane tanks around Minneapolis?

I'm wondering if anyone knows where to purchase or refill 5 and 10# propane tanks around the Minneapolis area. I've been lookin around and am wondering if they discontinued the manufacture of these tanks. I live in the southwest ring of suburbs so the closer the better. Any help is really appreciated.
