Good idea, bad idea??? dont really want to get arrested....?

My friend really wants to go to the party im not sure how many kids will be there but i am sure theyll be drinking i dont plan on drinking at all while im there but if the cops do show up how much trouble could i get get in for being at a party with drinking? Im a sophmore in high school?
