What should i do, i am concerned about a friend.?

i received an email from an ex boyfriend on thursday. he stated that he believed that the president is the antichrist that is spoken of in the bible. i am concerned for his mental health. i have contacts that i could get a hold of, his sisters, but they don't like me, and i fear that they wont believe me. what should i do?
