My boyfriend and I are planning a vacation this summer. We are wanting to visit Louisiana and Florida..?

Any suggestions on what and where to do things? We love outdoors, we want to see swamps and alligators more than just tours, deep sea fishing, scuba diving lessons, plantations, old towns, ocean spots, scenic views. The more info the better even good hotels. We will be driving from Oklahoma and staying a week maybe more. Thank you
