I NEED HELP!!! PLEASE HELP!!! (10 easy points)?

The Power of Judicial Review attached to the U. S. Supreme Court by virtue of Chief Justice John Marshall's ruling in Marbury v. Madison in 1803. It is not a constitutional power, but one that the Court umed, and has exercised whenever it has seen fit since 1803. Judicial Review is the power the Court uses to review acts of the Legislative and Executive Branches for Constitutionality, and it is the power that most nearly brings the Court up to the level of the other two branches in importance.
