I have recently set up a 63 litre tropical fish tank.. is this too many fish?

platys like minimum 19L, 38L for the danio. Not sure on tetras and guppies but they are small fish, so probably not much, my guppies pretty much always stayed near surface, tetras all over. Don't think it would be crowded with those fish
