What do you think of the Treasury Secretary Geithner saying unemployment could go up before it comes down?

It proves to me that unemployment isn't calculated to show ALL the unemployed. If it did, we would show an unemployment rate more like 20-25% in Las Vegas, rather than 14.5% as the official rate.
